The Latest CACI Super Facial

CACI_SYNERGY_FACIAL

I’ve always been a fan of CACI treatments and remember that when they first came out – many years ago – they were heralded as the non-surgical ‘facelift’ responsible for the ever-youthful complexions of celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Aniston and Sadie Frost. Before long, many well preserved celebrities admitted to regular CACI micro-current facials to keep the dreaded saggy, hang-dog jowls at bay. I recently wrote about how much Anthea Turner loves them for their firming benefits too and you can read that post here.

Women Like Us with Anthea Turner

Anthea Turner-2

I’ve been lucky to work with some wonderful magazines and clients over the years and one that I have huge respect for is Bodyvie Medi-Clinic in Richmond, Surrey. Its professionalism, high-tech non-surgical treatments and friendly, experienced aesthetic and medical team makes it a favourite among local mums and celebrities alike and it was while working with them, I got to find that one of their regular clients is television presenter Anthea Turner. Watching her on Loose Women recently got me thinking – even with her busy working life and being a regular at glittery, celebrity events, she seemed so down to earth and fun. Perhaps, I thought, she would be one of my fabulous Women Like Us. Serendipity stepped in when Bodyvie asked me to contact Anthea to write about her beauty tips for their blog and I was thrilled when she said she’d be happy to be featured on Glowology too. Thanks Anthea! So less faffing from me and more goss from her…let’s go!

Wellbeing and Beauty Tips from Women Like US

Liz-Bennett-beautiful-woman

To kick off my new blog series that I’ve called Wellbeing and Beauty Tips from Women Like Us, I’d like to introduce you to my friend and fellow glam girl, Liz Bennett. I chose Liz as she’s one of those lucky women who always looks fabulous whatever the situation. Honestly, I remember when we’d both be in the playground with colicky newborns, toddlers at our ankles and, whereas I’d still be in my maternity dungarees (yep, I went there) and hair scraped back in a ponytail, Liz would be floating around in a boho style creation with her silky black ringlets bobbing healthily around her glowing face. Annoying? I guess so, but I’ll let her off because she’s such a fabulous friend 🙂 So, over to Lovely Liz…
